Start:

• The start is approximately 500m from assembly (Enquiries). Allow at least 5 minutes to walk there. The route will be taped from the campsite entrance, along the campsite access road. Please keep close to the left hand side of the road.
• A warm-up area will be signed close to the Start.
• No clothing dump.
• Call up will be at minus 4 minutes.
• It is up to competitors to arrive at the start in time. Late arrivals will only be allowed to start when a suitable vacant slot is available. On heavily subscribed courses this may result in a long wait.
• Waterproof, loose control descriptions will be available at the start.
• Competitors on the White and Yellow courses will be able to see their maps before they start.

Finish:

• There will be a spectator finish. Please respect the Out of Bounds area, mostly west of the campsite road.
• Please go straight to Download, even if you have retired.
• There will be limited supplies of water. Please consider bringing your own.
